Our technician evaluates your lawn’s condition and compaction first, to set the right number and direction of aeration passes — not just one pass everywhere.
Bare and thin areas, edges, and spots the aerator can’t properly reach get hand-prepped and hand-seeded with a high-quality A-List turf-type tall fescue blend, and we leave you a small bag of the same seed for touch-ups. You’ll get detailed watering and aftercare instructions and should plan on no mowing for about 3 weeks — if qualifying areas don’t germinate properly and the recommended aftercare was followed, we’ll evaluate and reseed those areas at no additional charge.
